1. Delivery Areas
JAIS ships its products worldwide. Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not guaranteed and require prior confirmation from our customer service team.
2. Processing Times
Orders are prepared and shipped within an average of 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.
During peak demand periods or collection launches, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
For reference:

Europe: 3 to 7 business days

International outside Europe: 5 to 15 business days
These timeframes are provided for information purposes only and may vary in case of exceptional circumstances or events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the selected shipping method.
They are displayed before payment and appear in the order summary.
5. Order Tracking
Once the package has been shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to the customer. This number allows the shipment to be tracked on the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Delays and Issues
JAIS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external events such as strikes, customs delays, or weather conditions.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If a parcel is delivered damaged, it is recommended to refuse it and inform us immediately.
In the event of a loss confirmed by the carrier, JAIS will offer either a replacement shipment or a refund.
