Refund Policy – JAIS

1. Introduction

 

At JAIS, we strive to offer you high-quality products.

 

If, however, an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the conditions described below.

 

2. Refund Period

 

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.

 

Returns must be made at your expense, except in cases of defective products or an error on our part.

 

3. Eligibility Conditions

 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned:

 

In its original condition

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

With its original accessories and tags

 

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

4. Procedure

 

Before making any return, please contact our customer service at jais.store.info@gmail.com, specifying your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason for the return.

 

We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.

 

5. Refund Processing

 

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

 

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

 

6. Exceptions

 

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and accessories worn directly on the skin cannot be refunded, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
